The front desk staff was polite & efficient. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. The nurse was kind & professional. Dr. Zvanut was fantastic, he was very professional, patient & caring . He was incredibly thorough during my eye exam with state-of-the-art equipment to get detailed readings. I feel confidence in the accuracy of my exam results. Mrs. Isfahani in the optical office was very cordial & helpful in assisting me with choosing the frame I like. There's a wide selection of frames and the pricing was reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience Acuity Eye Group vision care.

Staff was excellent. Dr. Cohen was even better. John, the surgery coordinator was very good at getting everything approve with my insurance and on the schedule. Doctor Dan Cohen is outstanding. He took a lot of time to explain what was my eye issues and how surgery could correct my problems and what would be any possible complications of surgery. He also explained several options for me to consider, including no surgery at all, and what would be possible outcomes of each choice. I was then comfortable knowing that I had the most important information, and I was able to make the best decision for me. I highly highly recommend this medical group. -- Michael Steel

The front desk staff are cordial and professional. The nurses and assistants are friendly and efficient. The Dr is pleasant, to the point and doesn't have much to say. Overall a good experience.

My Granddaughter had an appointment with Acuity on 10/17/25. I was so much impressed with each and every staff member from the front desk to the eye specialist assistants and the doctor! My Granddaughter is autistic and very hypersensitive about anything and anyone approaching her personal space especially her eyes and each person was so compassionate and caring and made her feel validated and comfortable even during the administration of eye drops and also taking her eye pressures! This is the first time she experienced a "positive" outcome even though she is dyslexic and very antisocial. The doctor was extremely professional and very understanding and thorough with her exam addressing her vision changes and making sure she would receive an updated eyeglass prescription. Even the lady that helped her choose her new glasses went out of her way to accommodate her! This place is a phenomenal blessing! Thank you so much for your humankindness! Melody Higginbotham

Dr. Diana Bandak is a wonderful eye doctor . She is patient, helpful, and identified my eye problem correctly. The eye drops she prescribed to me made my eyes feel much better! Compare to previous eye doctor who never said a words about the problem I had! I am so grateful to Dr Bandak's diagnosis and the treatment she gave me! Thank you very much Dr Bandak!!!

I was referred by my ophthalmic provider to Dr Coden in this group for a consultation of an eye issue. Although we had to wait over an hour after our scheduled appointment time, it was a pleasure to meet him. He was professional and informative . He irrigated my tear ducts with minimal discomfort. Happy to recommend.

Go anywhere else. Once you finally can make an appt the doctor herself was cool but staff was rude. They told me I need a cataracts test done right away I've been waiting for 2 months to get a call to schedule the appt. Every time I call no one answers I leave a voicemail and nothing. Also when I went in to pick up my glasses a month ago there was only one person in the building I informed her my name was spelt wrong and I needed it fixed she told me she could not help and so I asked where the hell can someone help me and as I was walking out the door she randomly decided she can help me.

It has been a pleasant experience thus far. There was not an extended wait to be seen and the staff was professional. Parking was also excellent. I see a lot of doctors, and I cannot say that about parking at any other facility. The cost alone at those other facilities is exasperating
