I've been with Dr. packard for about 4 years now. I've not once had a bad experience. He's funny he's knowledgeable and always has the most trendy glasses. I also want to mention Javier. I think he started 4-6 months ago and I just recently went in to get new glasses and he was the one to help me from start to finish. He showed me some new technology that they just started using that digitally figured out where the prescription needs to go in the lense. I got my first pair back just after Christmas and boy was I amazed. Usually when changing glasses I have to wait until the next day because I get head aches because me eyes haven't adjusted to the lense. This time I didn't have this problem! I was so amazed I went back for not 1 not 2 but for 3 new pairs of glasses. One of those being for sun glasses. I don't like contacts so glasses are what you see all the time. I love that the glasses are so trendy and I've just come to learn Javier is who I owe that credit to as of recently. I was tired of getting the same old cat eye glasses. I wanted something out of the box. Javier was there to help me every step of the way. He helped me choose a tint. He advised me on how dark the sunglasses should be and what to expect. There's no champagne involved like you're getting at Luis Vuitton but they do make you feel like you're getting an original experience. Honorary mention to Michael who calls me to tell me my glasses are in and when I need an appointment. All in all, a very classy place with an amazing selection of glasses and very friendly staff 10/10 experience!

Very good care here. Dr. Packard and his staff are all very caring and knowledgeable. No questions or time wasted when my daughter had an issue with one of her eyes and they took us in immediately. James in the front is also very good at his Job, he is very professional.

Dr. Packard is an excellent optometrist. He takes as much time as needed and listens to your concerns and answers questions. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Wonderful location and easy parking. I highly recommend Dr. Packard.

Dr. Packer takes pride in this work which definitely has a positive impact on the entire experience. He is very thorough and walks you through each step of his exam and it's purpose. He will answer any question or concerns you have honestly with his years of experience. I've tried other eye docs but always come back to Dr. Packer and his team because they care, take the time to assist when it's time to pick frames. They all just make the process worthwhile, it's an investment in your eyesight, make sure your getting the best.

Dr. Richard Packard is a very passionate person about his profession. Dr Packard will take the time to explain things thoroughly and will do anything to help find the best solution for your eyes. Dr Packard also seems to care about cost effective approaches to finding what works best for you at a reasonable cost.The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming, and delivery for contact lenses is VERY quick. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I've been a patient of Dr. Packard's for more than 10 years. Exams are a breeze! He recently referred me for LASIK and walked me through the whole process, even performing a pre-op exam himself at the laser center. I was often asked if I was afraid going into surgery, but I honestly felt extremely comfortable and well-taken care of. I knew Dr Packard wouldn't steer me wrong. Sure enough, I'm currently 3 months post-op and I'm healing as perfectly as my 20/20 vision! Thank you Doc!

I REALLY like Dr. Packard! He's extremely caring and very friendly! The ladies at the front desk were also super helpful in helping me pick the right frames and understand my insurance. No question I'll be going back!
