I had an AMAZING experience at this optometry office! Everything was smooth, easy, and honestly enjoyable especially when picking out my new eyeglasses. Everyone at the office went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair, and they made the whole visit & process feel effortless. And the doctor...Dr. Hwang - truly the BEST eye doctor anyone could hope for. Knowledgeable, caring, and super thorough. I walked out feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!

For over six years, I've been searching for an optometry office that truly checks every box-professional, knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly, a place where you're treated like a person, not a number. I can honestly say I've finally found that place at Excel Optometry. After being diagnosed with Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSC/CSCR) and seeing a top Neuro-Ophthalmologist, I knew I needed an optometry practice that could work in tandem with my medical care and truly understand what I was dealing with. Excel Optometry did exactly that. From the start, the doctor took the time to carefully review my Neuro-Ophthalmologist's notes and all prior testing before even discussing treatment and prescriptions. That level of attention immediately set them apart. The doctor created a thoughtful, thorough treatment plan focused on protecting my vision and slowing further loss. I was finally able to get the correct prescriptions for both glasses and contact lenses.That may sound simple, but after multiple other optometry offices got my prescriptions wrong due to improper measurements, resulting in three separate remakes of my glasses, it was incredibly frustrating. At Excel Optometry, I explained what had happened in the past, and they clearly explained why it occurred and made absolutely sure it would not happen again. They also have an excellent selection of frames, which made the process even better. From the front office staff to the technicians running the tests, everyone was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Every step of the exam was clearly explained, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the visit. After years of searching and constantly switching providers, I'm relieved and grateful to say I've finally found my long-term optometry home. I can't recommend Excel Optometry highly enough. Found Excel optometry on yelp, got a next day appointment for an eye exam. The doctor was so friendly and thorough, explained everything she was doing and made suggestions about contacts. The receptionist was also helpful, shared pricing and discussed how to do rebates. Highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer

Excel Optometry is a very well run business. Their teamwork from initial exam setup, thorough eye examinations to selection and purchase of lenses was very satisfying and covered all my concerns.

This office is warm and welcoming staff is great and Dr Hedayat is very knowledgeable. She makes you feel like your prescription is important and even more she cares for you as person. If you need someone to give you right prescription this is your place.

I went in to help my boyfriend pick out glasses, and they made things so easy and comfortable that I ended up getting my early eye exam taken care of and picked out new glasses for myself as well. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and I learned a lot about eye health from the exam. I will be going to them from now on!

My family and I have been going to Excel Optometry for years. Every doctor and assistant has been wonderful. I recently saw Dr. Hwang for the first time and she was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I came back the following day to have my old lenses replaced and was helped by Rozita. She too was outstanding and took the time to explain my insurance benefits to me. I will continue to go to Excel Optometry because of the exceptional care they provide.
