I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience this time. Dr. Chae and the staff were incredibly welcoming and made my entire visit very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The examination was very thorough, and Dr. Chae took the time to carefully check my eyes and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how attentive and patient the team was throughout the process.
They also had a great selection of glasses, and the staff helped me find options that would work well for long hours of computer use. When I came back to pick up my glasses, they made sure the frames fit properly and that my vision was clear and comfortable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for patients really stood out.
I highly recommend Dr. Chae and the team if you are looking for a place for an eye exam or new glasses. The service, professionalism, and welcoming atmosphere made this a great experience.

I've been coming here for years and the service is always excellent. The staff is so sweet and welcoming, and they truly make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The doctor is the best! she takes her time, listens carefully, and makes sure you get exactly what you need. I wouldn't trust my eye care to anyone else!

There was 1 staff member who did part of the exam process and fitted the glasses. She also handled the paperwork and texting, their preferred means to communicate. There was one optician. She did her job though was quite non-communicative and I felt was rather cold about the exam. They had a problem with my insurance. Instead of working with the phone numbers my insurance gave me to give to them, they wanted me to do all the work. In future texts it was made clear they do not want to deal with Medi-Cal patients but every incoming penny counts. I have worn glasses for 40 years and had many exams. This has to be the worst. I terminated our professional relationship and will be seen by one of the many other, long standing and well known optometrists in the area.

Firstly, I just want to say that this is the best Optometry I've been to. Especially Dr. Eunmi Chae and all the staff. They were the kindest, efficient, and most professional people I have experienced. I got a really nice Dolce and Gabbana glasses there and it fits me perfectly, thanks to them. Also did an eye exam and the Doctor actually found a better fit for me than the previous prescription. 100% recommend to go to New York Style Optometry.
