I had a fantastic experience at this eye care clinic! Dr. Austin was funny, easy-going, and clearly loves what he does. He kept the visit lighthearted while still being completely professional and efficient--I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed.
The office technician, Haylee, was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. She really knows her stuff when it comes to lens types, glasses, and exam procedures, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
And the office manager, Erika, was an absolute joy. So pleasant and sweet that I honestly felt like I could have hung out there all day. The whole team made the visit smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable.

The entire team is so welcoming and attentive to their patients. I am a new patient and was thrilled with the service I received. Haylee handled my intake and initial examination. She was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was patient and gentle while performing my intake, explaining in detail the tests she was performing. This attention to detail helped my comfort level and trust. I then met with Dr. Austin who continued the exam and delivered the results. I appreciated his calm and professional demeanor as he explained his findings. Haylee closed out my appointment with assisting me in the selection of my glasses. They have a large selection to choose from. She took her time in helping me with choose my frames. My glasses came in quickly and were very fairly priced.
