I felt welcomed and comfortable. I also liked that they had a restroom close by where you didn't have to ask to go through another door just to use it. Jessica is always helpful and gave useful information about what they provide. It helped out a lot. She has very good customer service. Will recommend to others!

Love my experience here in Lindsay. Dr. Gerrick Peterson, is the best. Such a nice person. So knowable, caring and personable. Can't say enough good things about him and his staff. Blessed to have found them online. Fast appointment too, as I had really bad eye infection and needed help. Was able to get in the same day thankfully as I was in much pain. Thank you! Y. Kay L.

The staff & doctor at the office are amazing! My only complaint is the phone staff when it comes to making appointments. It took 30 minutes just to schedule an appointment, guy kept putting me on hold so many times. I could've drive the 20 minutes to the clinic & made the appointment in person with the time I spent on the phone. Ever since they joined Omni it's been a pain to schedule.

Took me 30 minutes just to make an appointment. I remember it wasn't that complicated. Used to be the best place to go but now with the new staff it's such a waste of time. The guy took forever trying to pull up my file and then told me I needed a referral from my doctor to go!!! Like I need to go waste my time at a doctors office for them to tell me im blind ! I KNOW I AM THATS WHY IM CALLING YOU!

Today I had the pleasure of going into Omni optometry lindsey. I didn't realize omni had these services BUT A SPECIAL thank you AND shout out to DENISE and TERESA at visalia Omni I mentioned about seeing an eye Dr and they set me an appointment here. Dr Peterson is very polite and very through. And the staff is so nice very professional. I'm letting everyone know.How well you get treated and how all the bases are covered. I'm very happy with visalia Omni s help finding them thank you!!

I have been going to this optometrist since early childhood, however the past few years the service here has gotten from worse to dreadful. They ladies in the front have become mean and often rude either ignoring you at the beginning to trying to push whichever glasses they can to convince you to buy to get you out the door. Too bad they don't try to rush the doctor who takes much longer than you would expect for an eye exam so you end up waiting for well over an hour before you're called in. The glasses are either designer brands or very old looking and either way expensive. They now seem to use eyedrops on all of their patients that expand your pupils despite whether they are young or old without telling you beforehand what the side effects will be until after they put them in. I used to like going to this doctor in the past but I have quickly come to dread this place and recommend others to look for a different optometrist with better quality glasses and staff.

I went in to my appointment about 3 weeks ago they said to choose glasses so I did. They said they would call me when ready, so had to come in today because they never called. Now they are said they never ordered my glasses so now I have to choose glasses again and wait another 3 weeks. That is frustrating
