Scheduled the appointment and arrived 10 mins early. We were told there was one person a head of us and the doctor was running about 20 mins behind, a lady came in as a walk in and the gentleman helping her said he would squeeze her in before us.. how does that make sense? Anyways, I didn't stay for my appointment and won't be back.

Dr. Murch was great! Would definitely recommend her! Erika in target optical was super sweet and nice! I enjoyed my visit here and definitely will be coming back! This was my second visit here and it won't be my last! Wish there were more people like this in other establishments!

The doctor was great, but the check-in process was frustrating. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff member was in the middle of helping another customer. He greeted me and I told him I was there for my appointment. Instead of handing me the clipboard I needed to complete before my appointment (which would have taken a moment), he told me to wait and he would help me as soon as he was finished. He leisurely assisted the customer, engaging in small talk while dismissing the fact that all he had to was hand over the clipboard and inform the doctor of my arrival. This could have been handled much more efficiently...it's customer service 101. After waiting for several minutes, I went to the doctor directly. The doctor was professional and pleasant. I will purchase my contacts at a different store to avoid having to deal with the sales staff in the future.

Wow! First time going for an examine and they are awesome. Very professional and welcoming. They are very attentive and great customer service, friendly staff and helpful service. Definitely returning and bringing the family.

I had a great experience. My appointment started right on time, the doctor was great, and the gentleman that helped me with my glasses was very knowledgeable. I was in and out in 35 minutes. I love this place. Don't think I'll go anywhere else ever again.

It was nice. It would have been better if I didn't have to wear a mask that fogged up my glasses and the optical equipment. The optician and optometrist were very nice. I also appreciated that Target had a 6 month supply of my new contact prescription.

Great service and care throughout appointment. Very helpful. Been here a few times and will continue to return.
