Every staff member took their time and explained each test thoroughly! Dr. Brockman is sincere and patient throughout the extensive eye exam and explains every detail. He goes over your past test results and shows you any changes that occurred using the tests you just had taken. Susie helps you choose your glasses frames with great expertice and gives you many options for payment. A thoroughly enjoyable experience visiting your office! Thank you for taking excellent care of my vision!

I just changed eye doctors and switched from LensCrafters to Topa Topa. They were outstanding! Their new computer operating platform was being used for the first time and I was the first patient of the day, so they were new to learning the system. It was not a big deal at all, but they were so apologetic and kind. They got images of my retinas and Dr. Tsao explained the results and some of the concerns she had about the results, followed up with more testing and then a reschedule for 3 months from now. She was very thorough and good at explaining the results in a way I understood.
