I am totally shocked this place has good reviews. Every experience I've had here has been unfriendly and terrible. First of all, they completely ruined a pair of $700 frames when I brought it in for lenses. They literally changed the shape of the frame and it wasn't even symmetrical anymore. I have never experienced anything like it and I have been wearing glasses for 40 years. When I asked them to help, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Other times I've come in to try things on, they pretty much act like they are way too busy for me. Just awful service. And do not trust your expensive frames here. They will mess it up.

Talk about customer service! Shoutout to the team over @ Runway who helped me figure out the best pair of eyeglasses for me. I came into the store on a whim, knowing I needed new glasses, and everytime I came each team member showed me immense respect & helped me every step of the way. I showed up about 3-4 times before my actual eye exam date and each time I came back I knew runway would get me right. Big thanks to Mike & the rest of the team for hooking me up!

I live in Playa Vista, and my favorite pair of sunglasses broke recently. I stopped in and asked if it was possible to repair them, and to my delight it was. Without hesitation, they took my glasses and repaired them for me that very afternoon. When I came back to pick them up, they would not accept payment from me. And they were so sweet about it, start to finish. Nice people = good business!

Everything about my experience was amazing. The staff was super efficient and friendly when I called to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and taken care of. They even recommended which frames would fit the best and offered brands I wouldn't have considered, but really ended up loving! The optometrist was really kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She was also very thorough when she explained my results and how to use the two different types of drops she recommended. Everyone at the office was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
