Had a good appointment at Silver Strand. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Rollins was covering for Dr. Castillo. It was a pleasant surprise to have him, since he used to be my doctor before he retired. Had an excellent exam. He is very patient and explains things about the exam. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, but also professional. Thank you, Dr. Castillo for having him cover while you were away! The lady who helped me purchase and set up my new glasses was very knowledgeable and also took time to tell me about discounts and settle on one that works for me. I really appreciate all she did.

Quick and easy appointment. They Walked me through the entire process and made it very comfortable for me. Was knowledgeable about my condition, hypermobility, and knew what signs to look for. Very impressed and will be going back.also had the Lorax playing in the waiting room so that was a bonus

The staff here are professional and welcoming. The office uses modern technology, and prices are reasonable. The techs made me feel at ease during the initial testing and later helped me pick out glasses. Both the junior doctor and optometrist were knowledgeable, thorough, caring and explained everything clearly.

My original optometrist retired and my records were changed over to Dr Castillo. I have been going to her for about a year and trust her completely with my eye care. She took care of me after cataract surgery and fit me in when I had flashes of light in my eye. I would recommend her as she is very knowledgeable and is an attentive listener to your questions and gives answers that are understandable.
