I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Robison at her optometry office. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout my entire visit. What really stood out was that she found a way to pencil me into her already busy schedule at the last minute -- something I truly appreciated.

Terrible experience. I didn't meet the optometrist for a exam, either due to overbooking or the staff's time management. I arrived early. Filled out the required paperwork, provided by the receptionist. I completed two preliminary exams, by a assistant. I was then seated in another room for the actual eye exam, where I was told that the optometrist would be right in. No one came back, providing updates etc. After sitting in the eye exam room for over a hour, I left. Leaving a patient alone for over a hour is poor quality of care and service.

My husband and I love Caroline Robison, she's very thorough in her eye exams, she's gentle, soft spoken, and very courteous . Her office staff are also outstanding. Linda, who greets you at the front desk, is a genuine sweetheart, and Travis who fits you with your glasses, is very thoughtful and excellent in his job, also very friendly and goes out of his way to help. They're all just a great group of people. I would highly recommend Caroline Robison OD
