I had such a great experience at this optometry office. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. The staff took the time to explain things clearly and gave me helpful tips instead of trying to upsell or rush me, which I really appreciated. Raul was especially amazing -- he helped me pick out glasses that truly flatter my face and gave honest, thoughtful advice based on what actually suited me and my needs. You can tell he really cares about helping people feel confident and comfortable in their glasses. The doctor was also incredible -- very kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my eye health and answered all my questions, which made me feel confident and well taken care of. Overall, this office is honest, professional, and truly puts patients first. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great eye care and exceptional service.

Looked up for an Optometrist in my area, came across Alameda Family Optometry - was in their office the next day. The service was outstanding! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by their friendly staff Leo. After being checked in by Leo, I was examined by Doctor Uyeno. Loved the guy ! Super cool, friendly & professional. Once it was time to pick out my frames I was assisted by Raul. He was extremely helpful, appreciate his patience. He allowed me to try on many different frames. Together we were able to figure out what frames worked best for me. I walked away with 2 different frames. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone in need of eye contacts or glasses

Great customer service. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. Raul was very helpful and explain everything well. I was able to get help the same day for both exam and new glasses.
