The receptionist was so rude to my mom. The place is outdated everything is broken and dirty. Dr. Renken is a sweetheart. I will never recommend anyone there.

Okay I get it. Maybe no one other than the patient is allowed to be in the waiting room, but they don't have to be rude about it. Walked in for the first time for my husband's appointment. Did not get greeted after i politely said goodmorning. Young lady in the front asked if I had an appointment and since I didn't she just said "oh she's going to have to step out" in rudest way. Definitely won't be coming back! Do not recommend it

wish i could give zero stars. unfortunately for the Doctor, his receptionists are destroying his business that he worked so hard for. She is so rude and acts like it's an inconvenience to explain ANYTHING. all the reviews say the same thing and they are all correct. she is so disrespectful and i will be driving to bakersfield for future eye appointments.

I tried to make an appointment and they left me on hold. After a few minutes they just hung up on me. I called back and said I had previously called to make an appointment. Before I can even explain myself she cut me off and said "I was helping another patient". She then said the date she had available and I told her it was fine and she then hung up. Horrible service I will not be coming here! They're so rude.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Diana is the lady I spoke to over the phone and she was completely rude to me from the start. I tried to be patient about it and she just kept answering me rudely with a sarcastic tone. I asked for her name and asked if she was having a bad day or was she always rude to patients and she responded with a sarcastic laugh and said, " I'm just talking to you ugh" I told her I was no longer interested in becoming a new patient. I don't understand why people like her have those jobs if they don't have good customer service.

I liked the doctor just fine. My glasses were perfect too. A friend referred me and I have no complaints. The business is a bit outdated and I really was surprised when my glasses fit and I could see out of them!!

After speaking with receptionist questioning my appointment date and time she said it was yesterday with a bad attitude. I then told her I had tried calling but the voice message kept repeating and I was unable to leave a message either. With her attitude towards me I no longer care to be seen there and will go somewhere else!

When I had called the first time, they said they have no doctor in, call back in 2-3 weeks. In my head I'm like, Then why have it open?? Called back a few weeks later and they said the same exact thing. They don't want to schedule any patients in I guess.
