Dr. Groom is a very caring and attentive doctor; you always feel your getting the best care possible. Also the entire office is very efficient and helpful. From the time you walk in till you leave, you feel very comfortable. I am very satisfied with Dr. Groom and the entire staff. I'm pleased to know my eyes are in great care.

I had such a great experience at LoBue Vision Center. After going to the same location for over a decade, I decided to try something more local for time sake. From the minute I stepped into the office, everyone was so friendly and professional, I was very impressed. The office was clean and very sensibly laid out. Dr. Alan Arabi was very informative and performed a comprehensive exam. He took the time to understand my particular vision needs and prescribe accordingly. The nice lady Carmen, who manages the glasses selection, was super nice and helped me find the perfect frames. I was impressed with how many options they had to match your budget needs. I picked up the glasses this past week, which was also a super quick and easy trip. I immediately noticed the superb quality and better focus. I will definitely be back for all my annual exams and really appreciate their amazing service!

I love this place. Great staff, friendly doctors. I had a little bit of a last minute need today and they were so good about fitting me into the schedule. I didn't wait hardly at all, they got me in and checked everything out, and it was all just a breeze. Thank you!

I went to Proview Eye Care to get a new prescription. I needed to get regular prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. When I arrived I was greeted and asked to sign in. I waited for the doctor, but I was called by the nurse first. The wait was not long. The nurse conducted the preliminary screening and then had me wait for Dr. Groom. Dr. Groom was very nice, very knowledgeable and she has a great "bedside manner." Dr. Groom showed concern for my vision, but also asked questions to get to know me and my wife, who was present. The office was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend Proview Eye Care to all my family and friends!!!

Dr Groom is absolutely fantastic. The whole staff is professional, friendly and amazing. They don't rush you, they take the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. Definitely recommending to friends and family!

Place was awsome lots of good frames to choose from. The eye dr was really nice. Staff was amazing and helpful. Front desk was great to very helpful with signing in.

I RUSHED to get to my appointment. Being new to the area I didn't know that giving myself an hour to get from Temecula to Menifee wouldn't be long enough. I called to let Lobue know that I was running 5 minutes late but they refused to see me (even though I was in the parking lot) saying I'd have to reschedule. No rescheduling for me, I don't like poor customer service and I'd encourage all Kaiser patients to stick with Kaiser facilities. Hopefully they'll cut the contract.

We have been going here for over a year and have had nothing but FANTASTIC care! From the moment I called to make an appt to picking up glasses this office was wonderful. I would highly recommend them!
