Bumrungrad Eye Center

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I cannot help myself in this case. They rush you (literally) through a series of eye tests without describing what they are for or what they are measuring. At the end, they kick you out without a final proper explanation or report. I was left so confused that I felt compelled to come back shortly after to ask the doctor for an actual debriefing on my overall eye health: he was visibly annoyed that he had to spend an extra 10 minutes on me and he wanted to charge me extra for the "appointment". Clearly, he did not consider that communication with the patient is part of a doctor's job description. In short: absolutely attrocious service. Get your regular eye health check somewhere else :(

I agree with this other review. I brought my 10 month old son here because he has a rare eye condition. I emailed and called this hospital and had back and forth emails asking if she can examine him properly for contact fitting because if she couldn't it would be a waste of time and money. And of course she didn't spend much time with him at all. She couldn't do it and they charged us for a regular visit. Very disappointing. My son could go blind if he doesn't get the proper care that he needs and instead of telling me straightforward or being understanding. They just send you back out with a huge bill. Rutnin eye clinic did much more for my son and the bill was cheaper. I will not be recommending this place nor coming back. Dr. Nuthida is kind but she could have made a note on our paperwork that she really couldn't help us and to not charge us. Also the nurse did nothing. Probably worst experience in Thailand I've had thus far. But the entire hospital is pretty nice and clean. Too bad all they want is your money
