BE AWARE AND ALERT!! I recently had my mother's cataract surgery at your hospital. Prior to the procedure, I had a detailed verbal discussion with the hospital's insurance desk representative regarding the estimated final billing amount after insurance coverage. At that time, she was polite and clearly explained the amount I would need to pay. However, after the surgery, I was informed that the insurance had covered 10,000 less than what was initially communicated. Upon checking with the insurance company, I learned that the amount quoted by the hospital to the insurance provider was 10,000 higher than what had been discussed with me prior to the surgery. When I requested the insurance desk representative to speak directly with the insurance company, the conversation did not proceed professionally. She provided inconsistent explanations and placed blame on the insurance company representative instead of offering a clear and transparent clarification. Following this unpleasant interaction, I was pressured to sign certain documents post-surgery. Given the unresolved discrepancies and the nature of the prior conversation, I refused to sign the documents at that time. Additionally, despite a prior commitment regarding the final payable amount, the representative later refused to refund 2,000 that was due to me. Due to the prolonged discussions and the stress caused by these billing and insurance issues, I was also unable to attend the scheduled post-operative doctor visit today, which was highly inconvenient and concerning. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress during a critical time when my focus should have been solely on my mother's recovery. I hope the hospital management reviews this matter seriously and ensures transparency, professionalism, and better handling of insurance-related communications in the future.

Shree krishna Netralaya's building has own separate parking space. And inside shree krishna Netralaya has a option store to for specs. They also provide blue cut lenses in 900 only.
