America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

The pre test room staff before you walk over to telehealth room, young caucasian women with glasses, was overtly friendly but unfortunately equally condescending/rude to the point of fudging a part of the pre test on one of the 3 machines on purpose. She made small talk found out I was prior military, nearing the end of the pre exam she asked about my shirt which displayed a political opinion in an acronym. She then responded awkwardly with loud obnoxious laughter and verbally a whiskey tango foxtrot, she continued her faux friendly smalltalk and then told me to move my head an inch away from the bar on the last pretest. When I went to the next technician for the virtual exam she noticed the last pretest portion wasn't sent so we had to walk back to the pretest room, redo the last pretest the same one that prior staff had me position weird for, this time around no weird positioning. The rest of the exam went smoothly the telehealth technician was patient and the doctor was quick and efficient. The only other issue that occured was I didn't realize they charged the glasses lenses right and left separately, strange but it was on the receipt. Overall on 3/3/26 the first staff letting her own opinions about a person of color wearing a shirt affect her work/customer service is shocking. My chances of coming back here are slim I'll try another America's best.

Phoned in originally asked if they were, "overall cheaper" than Lens Crafter. The front desk help was rude, w/an attitude saying we don't check their prices so we wouldn't know. I said well, okay, I'm just trying to figure out the cheapest for eye exam etc... I googled it and it was easy access for the info. I called back to inform her that they were cheaper overall than Lens Crafters and she hung up on me. Anyway, i went there for an eye exam at <70.$ verses Lens Crafters charging 150.+ Good service. The reviews say their glasses suck. I left having ordered 6 pair including the bundled w/exam 2 pair at a discounted rate and designer frames. All in all, so far, decent experience. Dr. Was very polished and as per the usual very nice.

Super professional experience, very fast. Doctor was great, pre-exam smooth, the receptionist that checked me out at the end, V (Victoria), made my day! They even got the door for me Highly recommended, will be remaining a customer.

The nice young lady Nyx At the front counter was very patient me While I failed to provide my insurance. She let me know what to do to acquire my information and even helped me set up an appointment with my benefits. Even after calling back three times she was still very patient with me and Helped me Apply my insurance to my exam.

Lovely staff! Gorgeously wide selection of stunning eyeglasses! However the waiting process is slow yet rushed because each of my lense in all 3 pairs of my glasses were sent popping out of the frames sadly. Poor results just unfortunate for the customer I guess.

I have always been well taken care of at America's Best! I had a "remote" appointment today that went so well and my technician was Chantal. She was so friendly and nice and good at what she does! I also checked out and got my prescription with Vicky and she was equally as helpful. Thank you America's Best on Cheyenne Mountain!

My husband and I went in for glasses on July 12 of 2025. Nix was very helpful, kind, and pleasant to work with. She was very sincere, and intelligent. She was also very patient with no pressure. Have been coming to Americas Best for over two decades. Some of the best customer service we have ever received! It was clear it was a very happy work environment. Amanda and the entire staff were all very friendly and happy.

Not a great experience. My appointment was at 4:20 and I left at 6:15. I didn't realize I was going to be seen by a doctor through a phone call, or wait for a virtual doctor to "pickup" my file. That's why I made an appointment.
