CP Eyecare is a great place for all your eyecare needs. Always friendly, helpful, efficient and professional no matter what the service. Glasses can seem a bit on the expensive side compared to bargain stores, but you get what you pay for; high quality and great service. Carrie is an experienced Optician and always does a wonderful job fitting and adjusting glasses. If I have an eye problem, it's rare when I can't get in on short notice to see Dr. Scott. Thanks for the great service!

The expertise of Dr Scott can't be matched. First class care; can't beat it. We are lucky to have him and his staff right here in Buena Vista. I had to drop the rating to only 4 stars because the cost for one pair of glasses was $396. I took my prescription to Costco in the Springs and got TWO pair with anti glare, scratch, etc... for UNDER $200.

Absolutely amazing! Came into town for an elk hunt from Pennsylvania and realized my boyfriend left his contacts in the hotel back in Kansas. Explained our situation to Roland and him and Dr. Scott were able to find contacts in stock that would work for him. Nicest people, absolute life savers! Can't thank them enough!

I can only speak to the optical shop where I've had mixed experiences. After recently picking out a pair of frames and having them set up for progressive lenses, sure enough they came back with the "sweet spot" not in the right place and had to be remade. The second time the lenses were fine but the frames came back in not the same condition that I returned them and then the situation went from bad to worse with repeated visits to the shop to readjust them and the frames got damaged from what appears to be inappropriate use of metal tools on the plastic temples. The staff may have finally gotten to the root of the problem and we're on the path to remedying the situation but it took more visits than I would have liked to get to this point.

Highly recommended! This is quite possibly the best Eyecare office I have been to. From my first phone call to my appointment, everyone in the office has been absolutely amazing. Every person I talked to has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The appointment itself was very efficient. I was in and out of the office with a full eye exam quickly without feeling rushed and having all of my questions addressed. Update: I picked up my glasses and had my contact fitment exam today. Again, this office was amazing. All of my questions and concerns were quickly addressed and my glasses are perfect.
