Lakefront Eye Care

I've been using Lakefront Eye Care for six years now and I always have a great experience from start to finish. From eye exams, to picking out frames, placing the order, and final fitment, the team is super helpful. I love that their glasses come with a 1 year warranty on lenses and frames (I've used this twice in my six years), and both times I received a replacement under warranty at zero cost to me - it was a smooth process, and no hoops to jump through. They take care of their patients. I've used them for non-annual exams (eye infection visits), and they find a way to squeeze me in and make sure I get treated - I know the team cares. I'm very picky when it comes to frames and fit, but no matter who helps me I always feel like I'm in good hands. I usually ask for Stacy because I like chatting it up with her and she takes her time when adjusting my frames and making sure they fit 100% before I leave, but I've worked with the entire staff over the years and they all do a great job. Would 100% recommend Lakefront Eye Care for your eye/eyewear needs.

I recently had an appointment at Lakefront Eyecare. I had a really good experience. The doctor was very kind and made sure I understood everything. She takes her time and made me feel very comfortable. The tech was super sweet and knowledgeable. All around the whole staff was very nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

I have been coming to this office for years and always have a pleasant experience. They offer a late day during the week for those that work a 9-5, which is so convenient! The staff is very professional, friendly and patient. I started bringing my kids as well.

Coming up on a year since my last appointment at lakefront eye care and i'm finally feeling calm enough, and inclined, to write a review. Last November I was experiencing floaters and flashes in my vision and called the office because I was concerned as I never experienced those symptoms before. I was told I couldnt get an appointment until almost 2 weeks later. I ended up calling back a few days later because they were getting worse, and they still said they couldnt get me in for another couple days. I figured that they knew better than me and if they were not concerned about flashes and floater, why should I be. I go to my appointment a few days later and was referred to a retinal specialist where i found out i had a full on retinal detachment. Had to get surgery and have been in a constant state of panic about my eyes since. I recently got cleared to go back to a regular eye doctor in conjunction with my retinal specialist, and my new eye doctor was ASTONISHED that this place made me wait as it is best practice to get patients on with new flashes and floaters (also i'm 24, so onset of flashers and floaters are even more rare) within 24 hours or same day if possible, as it possibly could have been resolved in office with lasers, as opposed to surgery, missed work, and continuing anxiety about it redetaching. I am not sure if it was a training issue at the front desk about understanding the sense of urgency, but overall it really upset me that they made me wait that long (even when i called back tk say they were getting worse).

A friend of mine in the lens industry brought me here to shop for glasses. I have a hard time finding glasses that fit my style but we found multiple pairs here. Excellent selection and the staff are very friendly and efficient. A great experience!

I chose this practice because they're in-network and not far from where I live, and I am SO glad I did! Every single person I've spoken to at this office has been kind, welcoming, and patient with my questions. Dr. Kucha has been wonderful in helping me find the right type of contact lenses and Karely was absolutely wonderful in teaching me how to insert, remove, and care for contacts. I highly recommend Lakefront and am confident that you can't go wrong with who you see there because I've had a great experience with each team member I've spoken to.

This was, quite possibly, the single most magical experience of my holiday season. I had a magnificent experience every step of the way! The team at Lakefront were incredibly accommodating and made me feel comfortable at every point they could. Stacy helped me feel awesome and like an absolute Prince getting ready for the Ball.
