Innovative Eyecare Elizabeth

Above and beyond!! I have keratoconus and require special contacts. It has been very easy to book appointments, fast pro treatment, they deal with and get my insurance to cover it, and they make sure I don't do anything to screw it up (like book and appointment too soon). I managed to go through the contacts a little fast, and they have gotten me replacements to get me through to my next exam. All I can say is I am super thankful for you guys. You make my life better.

Innovative Eyecare is a wonderful place, the doctor was very nice and took time to make sure the prescription was correct. The staff is amazing friendly, fun, and very professional. The glasses came in in less time and most importantly were right the first time. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs

I feel lucky to have such a great eye care specialist out here in Elizabeth. Everyone there is professional and really friendly. Both my wife and I love Innovative. I'd highly recommend them.

We went out of our way to book an appointment here given their appointment availability and perceived friendliness. My wife was recommended glasses, and she ended up ordering glasses the day of the appointment. The turn around was supposed to be 10 days. It is now almost a month later with no update, and very minimal contact. Couldn't be more disappointed as my wife is suffering with her vision and has a need for the glasses.

I went today for an appointment. What an awesome experience. Was in and out very quick. It was my first time meeting them and I felt like I had known them for awhile. I was impressed with both the Dr. And the staff. I will definitely be going back!

Have been a customer of Innovative for 15 years in Parker, Dr. Hankensen. My now grown kids and I have always been happy with Innovative. Happy they now have an Elizabeth office. Was just there two weeks ago and again they were very flexible on an appointment time and service was good as it gets.

Cannot recommend at all. My wife emailed our records and then placed an order for glasses. She was informed, via text message, that the glasses had been ordered. Several days later she was then informed via text message that they did not have her prescription. Question 1 becomes, then how did you place an order for glasses? Answer, they didn't. Question 2 becomes, then why did you lie to my wife and tell her that you ordered them? Question 3 becomes, why didn't you CALL her to inform her you lost her records, are unable to place an order for glasses, etc.? When I called and inquired about the situation I was informed that they have my records but not my wife's. And somehow they no longer have the email my wife sent. And they were hoping we would send it again and then they would print out the attachments and save them in our files. Question 4 becomes, why didn't you do that in the first place? This is a complete lack of consideration for PII and HIPPA. I am not sure what their internal processes are around safe guarding information, but it doesn't seem like they have one. Will not do business here and cannot recommend them based on this experience. I did not verbally abuse your staff. I did not call her names, or berate her. I did not yell. I asked questions to get more information, tried to understand what happened, etc. I expressed my frustration, and stated I wouldn't do business there as a result of the lack of consideration of our PII and HIPPA.

I was able to get in very quickly for an appointment to get contacts. They are very knowledgable and friendly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for the exam, getting the contacts in, and them teaching me how to take them out and put them back in. I would definitely recommend them!
