I can see clearly now my eyes are examined!!! Dr Q and Reeder are the best. Not only can i see and read, I also have good buddies (at least in my opinion). Conveniently located next to the civic center and also Bestslope coffee, I don't think there's a better place to swing by and say hi. And I do that, a lot. If you need your eyes examined, glasses adjusted, or just a casual high five while walking Aspen street, stop in!!

I can't say enough good things about Visual Eyes. I have a very complicated eye situation and have been seen by over 10 eye professionals in the past two years and Visual Eyes goes leaps and bounds above the other providers. I feel cared for from the moment I walk in the door, which is unusual. The front desk staff is so nice, responsive and professional. Dr Q takes time to listen, is thoughtful and is dedicated to his craft. The office calls you back, answers questions and is so responsive. This eye care practice has been a beacon of light for me on my eyesight journey and Ii am beyond thankful. I drive from hours away to see them and it's worth it!

I wouldn't recommend this place and would recommend going somewhere else. One of the front desk receptionists, Bridget, was very rude. She yelled at me from across the building asking me "can I help you?" as soon as I walked in and made me and my daughter uncomfortable. We were a few minutes late because my gps maps took me to the wrong area and said they probably couldn't see her. Then she was very unprofessional and had an attitude the entire time while talking to me. She said I was a "no show" when my daughter had her last scheduled appointment, when I called them twice letting them know my car broke down. They questioned me on my car breaking down and basically called me a liar. Very unprofessional and won't be coming back here. Please hire people that are professional and nice.
