I am very pleased with the quality of service provided by this specialist. However, the front office staff might benefit from additional training in customer service and communication techniques. I believe that improved staff performance will greatly enhance the overall patient experience. Best experience ever in a nice office with knowledgeable people. Location is great for us living close to downtown. My exam tech was thorough and explained everything.
