I took both of my boys there for their first eye exams. The staff is so friendly and helpful! One of my boys has ADHD and my other son has Autism. The staff were very patient and helpful with my kiddos! They went at my kids speed and made sure that they understood what was happening. I am very happy with my glasses now. No issues when i night drive now no scratches on my lens so far. I can tell they are better thank you 5 star now .I have spent over 600 dollars for 2 pairs of glasses. Ordered lenses too and they never lasted. The scratch guard was off in a few months. I do night driving and the starring is terrible of the lights. I will not returned. I tried to support but need better quality. KRISTEN JUST CALLED ME AND IS ORDERING NEW LENSES FOR ME AGAIN SO STAY TOON. WILL GO UP ON MY STARS BECAUSE THEY DID CALL ME AND WANT TO FIX IT. TOLD ME I AM HARD ON LENSES BUT STILL HAVE LENS FROM OVER 2 YEARS AGO WITH NO SCRATCHES from a company in town

I spent over $800 for a pair of glasses and they didn't even last 4 months. The coating on the lenses is coming off and blurring vision. I now need to buy new glasses after only 4 months because 20/20 EyeVenue will not do anything about it. Sure, I have moved out of state but I could still send the glasses in but they refuse. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, INFERIOR PRODUCT AND LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am SO THANKFUL this clinic is open! I scratched my cornea on a drive from Fraser, CO to Kansas City. I was in so much pain and driving was nearly impossible. I found this clinic and they were so helpful. The kind staff at this clinic connected me with a doctor and got me a script for drops and a contact bandage so I could complete my drive home.
