I recently had new polarized sun glass lenses made for very lightly used frames that I've had for a few years. I am very impressed with the staff here. Nice, friendly, caring, and competent. What more could you ask for? People often tell me that my standards are too high, but the staff here have even higher standards than I do. They had my lenses remade twice because they weren't satisfied with how the lenses fit in the frames. I'm very pleased with my new sun glasses.

I just want to say that my experience at Wellington Eye Care was terrific. The staff is wonderful I was greeted with a smile from Monique and Bailey. They made feel right at home. Those two are so sweet and very likable. Austin who took me back was great too he was up beat and has a nice smile and made me like I was important. Dr. Eklund cares about his patients he explains everything to you and is very welcoming, listens and is easy to talk to. Thank you for the best experience. Kelly is very sweet and is there if you have questions. When it was time to get glasses Julia helped me pick out the perfect pair. She is amazing and easy to talk to she made me feel right at home. I just love this staff and would recommend them to everyone. If you want that feeling of being part of a family this is the place for you.

My family and I has seen Dr Eklund for almost 20 years. When he moved to Wellington, we followed. He is the most caring, knowledgeable, and attentative eye care doctor we ever met. Throughout the years, I have been through many eye emergencies and procedures...he has saved my eyesight. He has detected other illnesses from my routine eye exam and alerted my PCM. His staff is wonderful, as well. They are very kind and polite. They make you feel like family. The facility is always neat and clean. I am truly blessed to have found them.

The eye doctor's office has a good atmosphere and friendly staff. The eye doctor, himself, is second to none. He was able to immediately identify my need for progressive lenses and my sight has been improved through the prescription rendered. The lens cutting required off-site configuration and was taking a long time, so I cancelled the order. The eye doctor recognized the issue and immediately issued a refund and provided the spectacles free of charge. When I received the glasses I attempted to render payment, but was politely declined. The doctor and the clinic clearly possess the highest levels of ethics.
