Wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their patients. The optometrist was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. This practice is run by a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and it shows in every detail. Great selection of frames, with options to fit any budget. Couldn't ask for better service!

While I only have experience with one of the doctors (Dr. Dempsey and he is awesome!!!!), the staff here is horrendous. So rude every time anybody in my family steps foot in the door. It's got to be in my top ten worst experiences with a business in my life. Not sure what the problem is, as I try so hard to be extra kind but it never fails to be a rude awakening by the mean-spirited people here. They seem to take pleasure in ripping me off and/or making my family suffer financially or optically for some unknown reason. Couldn't be a more miserable bunch. Run away!

She carefully went over what options there were and how my insurance would cover things. Overall a great experience! Looking forward to next years visit!

This was my first eye exam in years. Dr. Dempsey was very thorough and didn't rush through the exam. His staff was pleasant and professional. My glasses were ready in one week! When I was having problems adjusting to the glasses, they listened to my concerns, found the problem and took steps to correct the issue. I highly recommend Dr. Dempsey and his staff.
