I made an appointment more than a month in advance. Arrived at the office early to complete paperwork to find four people in outer office. I waited for 10 minutes for the receptionist to get to me and when she did she said that they were running late. Approximately 40 minutes or so, she said, however, with an eye exam and two other clients ahead of me the wait would have been longer. I received FOUR reminders about my appointment and I responded to all FOUR stating that I would be there at 3:00. I asked the receptionist why she didn't contact me prior to my driving there because it was obvious they were running late. She had no answer for me. Had she been paying attention she easily could have determined that the doctor was running late and notified me after notifying me FOUR times to be there on time. I left the office. What a waste of time.

I felt like I was in good hands. The optometrist answered my questions in a way a could understand. He was friendly and extremely courteous. I would recommend him to everyone. The only downside of the place is they have a small selection of frames.

Dr. Shea is very smart helpful very caring of me and others and tells me what happens in each step of the examination process so I would feel comfortable with him and relaxed and best results was that my vision stayed the same yay. I couldn't have had better than him and I get a free pair of glasses to and it's close by to my house.

This company is always 100% polite and smiling at all times. They make you feel at home. Clean, quick and amazing every year. I take my kids and husband here for our annual appts

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Dr. Shea was friendly and informative about my eye issues. Affordable prices and nice selection of glasses.

Always late. Must wait two to three weeks to get your glasses back. Nonchalant attitude.
