To cut a long story short, they gave me an incorrect Rx that I used to get new lenses before discovering their error. Although on the phone they assured me they were looking into it they did not respond to urgent emails. I recommend avoiding this place as they don't seem to care about their clients.

Dr. Pettiti is very nice and explains all the different tests he performs during the eye exam. His staff is very pleasant and helpful. I sat with the woman who sells the actual glasses (I apologize for forgetting your name). She was excellent. Looked up all my insurance benefits and gave me all discounts. She was very helpful in my decision on which frames to get.

Dr. Joseph Petiti has been caring for my eyes for over three decades. I really appreciate the amount of time he spends explaining each of the tests and exams he and his technicians are doing and what the results of those tests mean. I've got some potentially serious conditions that need to be monitored and it's very reassuring to see his attention to detail each time we get together. Each annual exam ends with an action plan for follow up. I'd recommend him without qualification.

I recommend avoiding this place. Months after my exam, I'm still trying to get contact lenses. It's never been a problem before. They did my eye exam without telling me they don't work with my insurer for ordering contact lenses. Even though the sole purpose of my visit was to get new contact lenses. So I asked them for a printout of my prescription. They gave me a printout of my glasses prescription. So I went back for a printout of my contact lens prescription. They got that wrong too. So I'm still without contact lenses, despite all this footwork. On top of this, they seldom pick up the phone or return calls. Which means driving there just to talk to them, which is also unpleasant because they just don't seem to care. My recommendation: Avoid.
