When I broke my glasses, the staff in Winsted were so helpful, above and beyond. I was able to schedule a virtual appointment that day, and the office staff helped me choose a new pair of frames. Ever grateful to these kind ladies.

Dr Saunders has always listened to my concerns and has been extremely helpful. The staff is also pleasant to deal with. I have been a patient for 24 years and I really trust this practice to take care of my eye care.

Dr Saunders was very friendly and patient with me, his staff however was not. I have never need glasses until recently. I wanted to try out progressives, but was having a really hard time acclimating to them. Every time I brought my concerns up, one woman who worked there in particular seemed annoyed with me. I wound up getting bi-focals. The worst part is that I had two insurances that should have covered the almost $300 bill for my glasses alone, but there was a girl from another office working there and didn't include the insurance properly. When I inquired about it later with other staff- they said it was too late and there was nothing they could do about it. I would suggest- making the appointment with Dr. Saunders because he was great and just buy a pair online. It is way cheaper and you won't feel like you are bothering the staff!

The most pleasant experience I've ever had with an Optometrist. Have dealt with serious vision issues my entire life. Dr. Saunders and the entire staff were welcoming, understanding and patient. He took all the time I needed and answered all my questions with care and understanding. I will absolutely continue to trust my vision care to him.

Absolutely fantastic staff and experience. I walked in, I went into the exam room right away (if corporate is listening get this guy the BIG camera ;D, they are worth it!). Very personal and answered all my questions very kindly. Saw the doctor right away and he already knew my history and had a plan, I love that. Very professional and very organized and well communicated approach to his work, I really appreciated it as eye work can be fickle for people like me. Picked out 2 pairs of glasses I loved with their help, can't wait for them to come in!

This MyEyeDr. location has been nothing short of fantastic for me. Dr. Saunders did an amazing job with my eye care, was very thorough, and was a pleasure to speak with! All of the staff there are amazing in fact, and there's also a decent selection of frames depending on your tastes. The office is also remarkably clean, and aesthetically pleasing! Overall, I would come back here again, for every time I've been was terrific, through and through!

Dr Saunders has the best bedside manner with kids I think I've ever seen. Not only does he love helping people see better, but his love for life is infectious. Everyone else in the office was kind and helpful as well.

Dr, Scott Saunders is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. More than willing to take whatever time is needed to answer your questions and allay your concerns. The entire office staff is the same way. Very comfortable ,friendly and professional visit. Highly recommend this office.
