Just about the nicest eye doctor practice I've ever visited. My eye exam was efficient but not rushed. And Heather at the front desk is so kind and patient. She has helped me with adjustments to my glasses and she was very patient and reassuring when I brought my glasses in for repair after I sat on them! They are now happily back in working order and almost as good as new. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!

This was our first time visiting this office. When I made the appointment with Heather, she was extremely pleasant. I am happy to say she is even more pleasant in person! She was very efficient and had an actual conversation with my daughter; who was there for her first ever eye exam. Dr. Psaltis was very quick and thorough. Have nothing bad to say about this place. They're very professional and friendly. For my first visit I was in and out in less than an hour, had my new glasses ordered, and received some much needed education on eye health. I have a seriously hard time believing the one star comments below. Heather was at the front desk and was super helpful and polite. Dr. John was really efficient and knowledgeable. If you want an eye doctor who is punctual, personable, and has a really nice office - this is your place.

I recently started wearing contacts and Dr. Psaltis and his office manager Heather were so incredibly patient with me as I've thrown every challenge possible at them. I needed lots of time to learn how to get contacts in and out, I had an allergic reaction to one of the lenses, an eye infection, and just when they were almost done with me, I tore a trial lens by accident. They have been so patient, professional, and supportive through it all.
