Everyone here has been professional and very helpful when trying to adjust my glasses. The last person I worked with to finalize my glasses was Michelle. She was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and took time to help me pick out glasses that fit my face. I want to thank Michelle and everybody here who's spent time with me I'm trying to adjust my glasses that ended up not working for me (e.g., Lisa, Brian, Ashlee, Erica .. I hope I did not forget anybody or leave anybody out). Looking forward to my new pair of glasses. Thank you so much everyone as you all are very much appreciated.

Phenomenal experience working with Cassidy today. I needed to get some lenses for my glasses replaced. I went in last week and got them ordered. This morning I received a text message saying they were ready for pick up. I showed up and Cassidy assembled the new lenses in my current frames. She was professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. After we got my new lenses in my current frames. I wanted to take a look at other frame options. She let me know which sections to look at but then left me alone which I was very thankful for. It's hard enough making a decision on frames so having someone in my ear and giving me recommendations non-stop is not what I want from my shopping experience. I'm not sure if her customer service is just so great that she picked up on that from our conversation but she gave me all the time I needed to choose some options. After I had a few options picked, I sat down and she gave me honest reviews about the frames which I very much appreciated. She was not trying to upsell me or try to push an agenda. She truly seemed like she wanted the right fit and look for me. On top of all the great service, myeyedr. Was having some phenomenal sales all around so even getting insurance, my balance turned out to be way under what I was expecting and I walked out with a new pair of glasses on the way. Huge shout out t Cassidy for making my experience personalized and perfect!

It's hard to choose my favorite thing about my visit. I'd say it's a tie between the extremely personable staff and the beautiful and professional atmosphere of the whole practice. Jackie, Dr. Kravetz, and the lady with the Meta glasses (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) were all delightful to interact with. They were very knowledgeable and kind enough to answer all my questions as well as carry on polite and stimulating conversation. I left in an even better mood than i entered with, and with cute new glasses on the way :) I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Had a great experience. Dr. Kyle Kravetz was very knowledgeable and went over everything very well with me. Lisa who helped pick out and order glasses was great to work with.

Deandria was very optimistic and helpful with my contact lenses class. I successfully passed the class and obtained my first pair of contacts. Dr. Kravetz was kindly informative about the overall health of my eyes, and made it easy to understand what was best for me. Thank you so much to both of you. My wife and I love our local MyEyeDr. The doctors and staff are awesome and we always find great looking frames! We're fortunate in that our insurance is accepted and is a big help as we are retirees.

Cassidy the Assistant Manager was excellent. She is so kind and so knowledgeable. She was so wonderful and helped me get the right glasses. It was a great an excellent experience and I will get all my glasses here.

Terrible customer service. Terrible appointments and even WORSE prices. They charge the highest price possible for all contacts and glasses. Every other eye doctor around is cheaper and better. I suggest Sussex eye center. After myeyedr canceled my appointment they had on the schedule for months they then offered me an appointment over a month later than the one they cancel. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and put me on hold even though they were the ones canceling my appointment. Sussex eye center was incredibly friendly, easy to make an appointment for the next day and much cheaper. The doctors at myeyedr may have even been heard telling patients to use Sussex eye center.
