Schneider Eye and Wellness Center

Made an appointment for a stye, asked if they could treat it the same day and they said yes and then took my payment n let me know that couldn't do it and I had to reschedule on top of them changing the procedure price on me after taking initial payment. Then when I came to my new appointment I had to wait an hour and a half because medicine they needed expired and had to go to another office. Would never go back here, didn't even bother to take any money off of it for BOTH INCONVENIENCES

I have been to this clinic twice now and I highly recommend them. My wait time was minimal, and the front desk lady is the sweetest woman ever. She seems to genuinely care about you. Dr. Schneider is also very down to earth and easy to talk to. I called one morning freaking out after having something in my eye for 2 days, they told me to come right away and I was seen immediately. He taught me ways to save money when it comes to buying glasses and eye drops. Very nice office too.

I took my father for an appointment with Dr. Schneider Tuesday. There were many people waiting to see the doctor; clearly, the office was overwhelmed. We waited one hour and 45 minutes to see the doctor. This is unacceptable. In addition, the receptionist in the office was quite sick, coughing non-stop, not covering. She announced to the waiting room that she had been sick as a dog the previous day. When I asked if she would like to put on a mask, she said she was fine that day. Clearly, she was not. Finally, the doctor prescribed an antibiotic for my father's eye. The receptionist said it had been called in. The pharmacy never received it. I have called multiple times to follow up and have received no response. I find all of this completely unacceptable.

I had cataract surgery Thursday, 1/9/25, first eye. Today, Saturday 1/11/25, I am already taking my glasses off! I.e. I'm typing this on my phone without them on. The process leading up to the surgery was detailed and thorough. You just gave to pay attention AND refer to your paperwork. The day of surgery and the actual surgery, was a breeze. Dr. Schneiders calm and reassuring manner, put me at ease. So, yes, I highly recommend Dr. Timothy Schneider and the Schneider Eye and Wellness Center.

Dr Schneider and his team are the best- Caring, knowledgeable, professional. Over a year ago, Dr Schneider performed successful cataract surgery on my one eye - painless, no complications.... At that time, he identified a condition that may develop and he will be monitoring the progression. I have every confidence being in his care, as you would! Thank you, Dr Schneider and staff!

Impressed by his credentials, and on recommendation of my primary care physician, I saw Dr Schneider to address 'cloudy' eyes post cataract surgery. He explained the problem and the requisite correcting procedure in easy to understand words and a graphic on screen. We ended up doing my right eye the next morning and my left eye two weeks later and I couldn't be happier. The assistants in the back were on time and very friendly. And, of course, there was Dr Schneider's kick-arse collection of beautifully framed music posters. I definitely will continue as a patient - even though I'm living in Miami until next year. Worth the drive.

Great and beautiful Eye Center! We came in for our routine eye exam and were taken care of promptly. My husband & I both had appointments. The staff is friendly & professional .. Dr. Schneider was very nice, so very knowledgeable, professional and personable! I'm glad we chose Schneider Eye & Wellness Center, we're very happy we did!

I had cataract surgery on both eyes, one two weeks after the other, with great success. Not only was the process pain free there wasn't even anything that I would consider discomfort. Results were fantastic! Dr. Schneider and his staff were supportive and caring and comfortable in their competence. Can't imagine any better results or an easier experience.
