Great experience with Dr. Seymour & staff. A huge shout out to Melinda & Marta for being so nice, and helpful. Marta the optician was instrumental in helping me choose the right glasses, and her knowledge of what I needed made all of the difference from my previous pair. Called to scheduled a new patient first time appointment. They left me on hold for 8 minutes, disconnected me and when I called back in was told by the answering service that they'd left for the day.

My first (and last) experience here was very poor. The woman at the front desk was rude, on the phone and in the office, and not just to me, but to another client as well. Paying customers are obviously a nuisance to her. An eyeframe on display with a $180 price tag can be bought online for $15. Dr. Seymour was cold, robotic, and unsympathetic. I left shaking. This is not the place for me.

This is a 1st class Optical Center. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. From booking my appointment to ultimately purchasing new glasses, the process was hassle free. I was in a room within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time and the exam began right away. They don't leave you sittimg alone in a dark room indefinitely.
I want to specifically say that Mindy was very thorough in helping me pick out the frames. She also took the time to explain the different options and pros/cons of each.
I definitely recommend them for your eye care needs.

Went to the Tioga location with an eyeglass prescription. Judy and Mindy were awesome. They were friendly and professional. Picked out my frames and was told I could pick up the glasses in about two weeks. When I received the call that my glasses were in I got the same friendly greeting upon arrival. The glasses needed a slight adjustment which was taken care of without any delay. Highly recommend!!

We have stopped by on several occasions to get a pair of sunglasses adjusted. Totally expecting to be charged, Mindy happily made the adjustments each time at no charge and acted as if she was very happy to do so. To be honest the glasses were not even purchased there. This kind of service and generosity is so hard to come by. I would highly recommend these guys for any eye glass purchases or repairs. And make sure you ask for Mindy!!!!!

What a great team! Dr. Yancy is very professional and caring. Mindy the optician always has great frame and lens suggestions. And Judy as the newest member of the team fits right in, friendly and helpful.
