Dr Stern's Visual Health Center

I have been a patient for about 3 years. Every time I visit here for Mom and myself, we always have a great experience with the staff and the doctors. I love working with Alexa. She is excellent at her job. I strongly recommend this place.

The place is cozy,the Dr is very nice and excellent with kids,the options for glasses was amazing. Whatever your looking for they have it there. Pricing was good for the name brands they carry. Pick up was quick and easy

The ratings threw me off. I was greeted by the most wonderful staff and assisted by Alexa with purchasing frames for my father. The doctor was the most generous and caring. Our appointment time was at 2:20, saw the doctor in 20 mins. Was out the by 3pm. Will return to the office again. Loved the service.

I been a patient for over 3 years and the doctors are amazing, very professional, glasses ready prior the time frame they provide me, I been my family to this office and we are very satisfied with the services.

WOSRT PLACE EVER! please save your time and DO NOT come here. They never answer the phone and when your prescription is ready they DO NOT CALL. My son really needs his glasses because he has poor vision and is doing poorly in school because of it. Idk how long it's been and still no glasses and they already have half the money. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

The worst experience ever! These people got the wrong appointment and then had the nerve to give me a card to reschedule instead of just rescheduling me right there! So when I tryed calling to reschedule the lady actually hung up in my face because I was doing it while in the office to make sure they didnt get there wrong date! Unprofessional employees! They seemed to have over booked appointments for that day so there were no seats! It was a zoo in there, just ridiculous!

It isn't as bad as the reviews say, they have a lot of patients so of course the waiting time is a bit but I thought it was a decent amount to take an eye exam. They answered the phone when I called to make my appointment. UPDATE: Today I called because they charged my insurance some glasses that I didn't even want. I told them multiple times that I didn't want the glasses and when I found out they were charging my insurance I called to cancel the pair before it was too late and now that I called them yesterday they told me that they had glasses ready for me... I NEVER SAID THAT I WANTED GLASSES. Today I called them again and they gave me the biggest attitude and told me "It doesn't work that way, ma!" The attitude was real. I even got called by Fabian and he used a whole different number to contact me and he made it feel like I order the glasses, but I know that I didnt because I wrote down the day I called him and told him I didnt want the glasses. Now im going to contact my insurance and see what are the next steps I have to do because the claim went through already. I DONT RECOMMEND!

isn't this the best experience ever. I need to replace my glasses. so I call in the morning and they said the office close at 5 come anytime I want. so I came around 4:30. when I came they said their say there don't do anything after 4. I am like what???? I ask them they tell me they only do paperwork after 4 so I am like why you don't say this on the phone. this is ridiculous, waste my time for nothing
