Excellent experience from start to finish. The office was clean, well organized and the staff was welcoming and professional. The ophthalmologist was attentive and patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. Moreover, I would like to acknowledge Gercie who kindly expedited my glasses after I shared my situation. She provided exceptional support and truly went above and beyond to assist me. She is a valuable team member and deserves recognition honestly a raise and bonus would be well deserved. My prescription was accurate and my vision has improved significantly. I truly appreciate the care I received and highly recommend the Auburndale office.

This place just give you the run around, I ordered my son, a pair of glasses two weeks passed by never heard from them. I reached out to them and they told me that somebody had already left me a message stating that I needed to go back in and pay more money which nobody ever did call me I had to get the office manager on the phone and she said to make it right. She was gonna order me the glasses right away, which she did, but they ordered the wrong glasses. We're going on four weeks still haven't gotten any glasses. I think this place is horrible that I wear people don't know what they're doing. They never call people to let them know what's going on. I will not go to this place again.

Came in with my partner to buy her a new pair of glasses, within a few minutes we were attended by Ashley. She was of great help providing many options that suited our taste until finding a pair of frames we both liked. As an unexpected bonus she even repaired her current glasses. It was a fast and pleasant experience!

The staff is nice and friendly but... nothing is completed correctly. Incomplete exams, orders taken incorrectly. Then you wait for your item to come in and it's wrong so you need to pay more and wait longer. 3 years to long as a patient.

Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida, P.A. began as a small ophthalmology/optometry practice in downtown Winter Haven in the early 1960s. Through the 1970s & 1980s, the practice continued to experience growth and diversity with the addition of several doctors including optometrists and ophthalmologists. After outgrowing their existing location, a new clinic and ambulatory surgery center were built in Winter Haven in the early 1990s and another in Sebring a few years later. It was during this time the doctors moved toward more specialized treatment areas, and changed the name of the practice to Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida, P.A.
