Just finished another annual exam. Dr Rauls and her staff continue to provide excellent service! I've been a patient for many years, they are the best!

Not a good provider for children or families. Have been going here myself since I was a child and now will have to find care elsewhere for my children and family. Severely disappointed in this practice. Would recommend anyone with children and families to avoid these providers.

Very Professional staff , EXCELLENT DOCTOR!!!! Really Cares about your eye health. Doesn't rush you out and explains everything clearly.

It was my first time in the office today and, I must say, I was greatly impressed with the technician who initially started the exam and then, especially, with Dr Ritz who came in to conduct the more comprehensive portion of the exam. He was kind, compassionate and super knowledgeable and professional. And he's a Florida native too (we are rare breed nowadays!)! The individual who met with me afterwards to help order the lenses was also fabulous (my deepest apologies for forgetting the technician's name as well as the gentleman who helped me with the lenses). Ritz Eye Care had been recommended to me by a neighbor and I am very, very happy I found them! Top-notch care from the beginning (I was seen very quickly after arriving and filling out my paperwork) to the end by a very professional and friendly group of people. I am looking forward to using Ritz Eye Care for all of my eye care needs from now on. Thank you!

This practice has deteriorated so much that I cannot go back. I went in two weeks ago, ordered glasses, and their credit card machine was down. I was told I could pay for my glasses when I came to pick them up. No big deal. Two weeks later, I haven't received a call from their office letting me know my glasses were ready. The office manager looked into it and the glasses weren't sent to the lab because I hadn't paid. I go to the office today and the office manager treated me like it was MY fault that their office staff didn't collect payment or call to collect payment prior to ordering. To top it off, they lost my medical chart. I don't know what's going on with this practice, but the experience in general is just bad business. They need new management before I'll return.

Horrible business. I was on my way to the hardware and stopped in to set up an appointment. The receptionist looked me up and down like I was trash before asking if she can help me. I informed her I was looking to set up an appointment to have an eye exam done. Without even looking at her computer she said "unfortunately for you we are 3 months out before we can get you in". Very dispeased with the customer service. Won't be going there again.

My experience with Ritz Eyecare was very positive. I saw Dr. Rawls and she is very pleasant and knowledgeable in her field. She explains things very well, took the time to answer all my questions and I felt very comfortable with her. The front staff was also very kind and helpful. I would recommend these doctors and their services to all my friends.

I went with my boyfriend to get I eye exam and order his glasses. The eye exam went great. But he placed a order for his glasses back in July 23 and it's already September 6, and guess what.. The glasses still aren't READY.. Common, its been OVER A MONTH. And all they keep saying the machine is broken or didn't pass inspection.
