Front desk staff kind and efficient. Sheila the tech that did the exam was amazing, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Dr. Krambeer was nice. Will return soon to pick out glasses, need to make an appointment for that. ****update**** back for glasses, the first ones weren't great for me, nothing wrong with the craftsmenship! ordered a second pair.... MIRANDA knows her stuff! Kind, patient and knowledgeable!

I've been going to the Kaufman Eye Institute probably for 10 or 11 years. I had my cataracts removed by Dr. Kaufman himself. I was very pleased with the outcome. I now have macular degeneration in both eyes. I receive injections for it. Dr.Faust is my doctor there now and I am extremely satisfied with him. He takes his time. He's very thorough. He's very honest. He's very sincere and it means a lot to me. he tells it like it is he doesn't beat around the bush and I have totally respect for his honesty. I would highly recommend Kaufman Eye Institute for anyone who needs a good place to go for their eyes. Thank you so much for letting me post my feelings.

I had a great experience here and Dr. Kaufman was very professional. The ladies in the office were very sweet. Miranda the optician there is so knowledgeable and sweet. Never tried to up sell but was very honest about looks and pricing.

I typically do not leave reviews unless really positive or really bad. My first experience with this office was great. My second is an absolute nightmare and will never return. After waiting almost 2 hours for annual exam for contacts. The check out person wanted to make a week follow up. However do to being there so long I asked if I could just call and make it as I did not understand why I even needed it and did not have time to stay any longer. After lunch I called asking why I even needed a week follow up. The lady who answered proceeded to tell me the check out lady should have given me trial contacts or at least checked if they were in stock. Instead of this lady checking she advises she will order them because she does not know what they have. weeks have gone by I still have not heard anything. All I want is to get my yearly contacts that i get ever year and the prescription has not changed. I cant even get a hold of this office. Beware save yourself- Walmart is way better

Really disappointed with this office. I have an infection in one of my eyes that's been persistent for about a week. My kids were sick and I knew that one of their doctors was immuno compromised so I was forthright with it. They told me not to come in and to seek care at an urgent care because my kids were sick. Went to an urgent care and they told me to go to the eye doctor- They don't have the right equipment. So I wait a week and make an appointment with the eye doctor now that my kids aren't sick. My appointment was for 9:45 and I had both of my young children with me. I finally decided to just walk out at 11:20 because I had not yet been seen. When leaving- I asked if the doctor would be in within 10-15 minutes because if so I could just walk my kids around the parking lot in the stroller to help keep them calm since they've already been waiting with me for an hour and a half and were both crying at this point. They told me no, and that I would just have to reschedule. Being a mom of two young kids, I rarely get the chance to go to the doctor for myself. I really needed this appointment. I've been in a lot of pain and I was totally dismissed. I cried in my car for 10 minutes and then decided to go home and use dog antibiotics in my eye. No one even popped their head in the room to say that they were running behind. I get that they have a new system, but I have never waited this long at a doctors office, I've been trying to get this issue resolved for a week now, and I'm so defeated.

The entire staff at Kaufman Eye Institute in Bushnell is professional, friendly and caring. I have been a patient at the Bushnell office for almost 2 years and I've always had great experiences.

I have been a patient here for over 8 years, maybe longer. The inside of the building is immaculate, the outside is kept as nice. I have seen staff come and go, but one thing has remained the same throughout; Their Friendliness, Professionalism, and knowledgeable staff is just amazing. I had to have "eye lid" surgery for my peripheral vision, and it was the most pleasant surgery in my 53 years, and I have had a few. Pre surgery education, the day of and the post-op, was just so pleasant, I was so worried, but the Kaufman Staff was wonderful and eliminated my fears. The surgeons are the best in their fields! They have an incredible selection of designer frames and less expensive frames as well. Thank you Carmen Barroso, Dr Kaufman Father & Son, and Dr Lin and everyone else who's names slip my mind at the moment. Ladies and Gentleman, you only have one set of eyes, don't trust them to just anyone. COME TO THE BEST! Kaufman Eye Institute!

Had many many tests done on my eyes some 3 times for same tests. Diagnosed with macular degeneration. Saw a different doc back home and in ten minutes told me i didnt have that. Multipal unnessesary tests and a wrong diagnosis. Never going back and you should reconsider
