I appreciated the ease and quickness of my appointment. I try to get annual eye exams and I go to a different chain but found myself in the place for 2-3hrs. I've never been here before but what brought me in was their same day service. I was prepared to be there for hours and was surprised when I was only there for 45 minutes start to finish on a Friday at that. I pay out of pocket and paid about the same as the other place but being able to get my glasses same day really did it for me! Worth the price!! This will be the place I go to from now on for my needs! Also everyone was super friendly and helpful which I can appreciate.

Came in today to get an " emergency" replacement of my eye glasses after my fell into a deep fryer. Everyone was so amazing to me. The young lady in the back did such a great job explained the process for me, Matt the Manager and the sales Associates are so extremely kind and understanding!! I lost my health insurance at the beginning of the year and it has been extremely difficult for me Since I'm now paying for my doctor appointments and medication's out-of-pocket. Matt was able to get me two pairs of glasses with the appointment and specialized lenses for a price that I could afford and I am so extremely grateful!!! AND they were able to get my glasses in an hour for no extra charge!! The doctor at this location is very good and takes her time with you to answer questions. I am so happy with the service at this Eyeglass World that i made an appt to bring my daughter next week. Thank you all so very much

I've gotten glasses here for several years. My latest pair i ordered came with a scratch on them which they stated was probably a default. Eyeglass world ordered new lenses and I took my frame in to have the lenses put. It look about an hour which was great. The new lenses fit much better in the n frame than the first lenses that came in them. The new lense edges were much smoother. The new lense had a permanent mark on them that could not be cleaned off. The general manager was there and even popped them out of the frame to clean. Although he kept stating at the beginning that he did not notice any mark. After going back and forth he finally agrees he sees it but not well. So the new lense also came with a default. So I have one lense from my original set in the left and another lense in the right side. They are cut completely different and sit differently in the frame. I explained that I was not pleased with this and he stated that they couldn't send them back for that reason, it would not be something they would cover or fix just because the cut is different. Yet the first and second pair of lense came with defects . The first person I spoke with via phone about replacing the first lense due to a scratch told me that it was free to replace because it was a default. She also told me that they have to order both lenses. Because they are cut differently each time. So they must come together as a set to match properly in quality and color. This general manager in store showed lack of concern for me leaving unhappy with the product. His customer service was far from premier. Otherwise my experience with Eyeglass world has been great. Due to this one experience, I will not return to Eyeglass world for any future purchases for myself or the rest of my family. Maybe its just this location, I'm not sure.

A great store with such a friendly and helpful staff! I've had my prescription renewed here, and also buy my contacts but unfortunately ran out before they could get delivered, so I went to the store and they were able to get me enough pairs to last until my shipment arrived! They're the best!

If I could give them 10 Stars I would. I went in about a week ago with my only pair of prescription glasses that had gotten badly broken. Unfortunately, they were unable to remove the broken screw in one of the holes so my glasses were not repairable. I was at a loss. I believe it was the manager Matt who helped me. So I asked him if he could run my insurance to see what the cost would be for a new pair of glasses and eye exam. He told me that my insurance did not cover glasses and that it was only for medical purposes. I didn't know what to do because I am nearsighted and in order for me to drive I must wear my prescription glasses. Matt then offered me a pair of glasses that were in a special they were running for two pair of glasses for $99 but he offered the one pair of frames to me at no cost. He truly was a lifesaver for me because at the moment I am also dealing with having a broken wrist and I am tapped for my finances right now. Not only that, they had my glasses ready in 2 hours the same day! Matt and his whole team have been absolutely wonderful and helpful to me in my time of need. You will have a lifetime customer for your kindness. Thank you so much for helping me out when I needed it the most. You guys are awesome!!

Their support was easily 100 times better from the moment I walked in. The staff took the time to explain what the insurance issue might be instead of immediately turning me away. Within two seconds, they discovered the real problem: my insurance company had a typo in their system. Once that was corrected, everything moved forward smoothly. From there, the service was magnificent. The team was friendly, informative, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me. My glasses turned out to be of great quality, and I left feeling taken care of rather than stressed. Thank you to the Eyeglass World staff for offering clear guidance, great options, and exceptional customer service. This is exactly how a vision care visit should feel.

Exam went great. Service after exam, I will let you be the judge. I stood as the only customer in the lobby, thinking that the gentleman sitting with a woman were picking out some type of frames. They were not. I had questions specifically on frames as I was ready to purchase, I was left by myself, which I do not appreciate. The one person who was trying to help me was not knowledgeable. She was waiting till the three were done conversing to get their attention and ask them the questions I had asked her. So I was left to wait for absolutely nothing. That's great. Everyone was so professional with the eye exam and everything. When picking out glasses Liz was absolutely amazing and so patient. She helped me pick out the best glasses and was just overall amazing!!
