I ordered six sunglasses but only received five. I have been contacting customer service rep Krista for a week, and every day they tell me they will "let me know," yet no solution has been provided. The follow-up has been slow and unhelpful, and the service feels very low quality. The sunglasses themselves are fine, but the experience dealing with the company has been disappointing.
