It was not easy to find this business, it is tucked away I could not find a sign by the road. I had to rely on my GPS. I went to see their selection of frames before making an appointment. The waiting room/frame selection room was very small. People were trying to stay out of others path. I inquired at the reception desk, could I look at their selection of glasses before making an appointment. I was asked to sign in which was fine. The receptionist then asked for my drivers license and said matter of factly " we usually don't just let people wander around". I didn't see anything unusual about seeing if they had any frames I was interested in before making an appointment. I had no problem with someone helping me, and a lady did help for a bit. She then asked another person working there to look up a particular frame color for me, so I waited at the reception desk....and waited and waited and waited, when the lady didn't come back she went to see what was going on. She then came back and informed me that was the only color for those frames. Not a big selection of frames. I will keep looking elsewhere.

Excellent doctors, terrible service. Paid $1062 (insurance included) for 1 pair of glasses for 11 y/o granddaughter.2 months later, frames broken. Total Vision says "no warranty on frames, only on lenses". Not a joke. What a ripoff!!

I called Total Vision today, explained I had broken my glasses beyond repair. They said just drop by your right here in Debary. I said what time do you close for lunch, she immediately said someone is always here. I dropped by, walked in and was explaining why I was there and one of the Opticians said, come right over here. Within 10 minutes I walked out with fixed glasses. Class A group!

Dr. Dustin Ramey has been my eye doctor for years. He is thorough and takes the time to really explain things to you, no rushing on to the next patient. Highly recommended for a primary eye care provider!

Dr. Vincent and the staff are amazing! Dr. Vincent takes her time to thoroughly explain the eye world in Laymans' terms which is a breath of fresh air! I truly appreciated the fact that she was so well-versed with everything she said so I could properly understand it. Truly a wonderful person, as well! The front staff were so kind and always kept us updated with what was going on if we were waiting too long, which is also super appreciated. It is definitely worth the wait because of how thorough the provider caring for me was. I also want to acknowledge the optical staff...thank you so much for looking into the pricing for my eyewear that needed repair when I was shy of my warranty on them. I really appreciate you taking the time to look into the best financial outcome for me. A truly top-rated office. If I could give you more than five stars, I would. Love y'all and God bless!

We were here from out of town and needed some help. They really came through for us! 5 stars for sure!

Eye exam is always a fine but i ordered glasses a few weeks ago (@$500). Called yesterday 8/1 asking the status and they said they text me on the 22nd (never received) and they close in 15 minutes and won't be open again until Monday. One would think that a phone call or email could have been made since obviously the text wasn't received. Poor communication.

Dr. Ramey and staff were not only professional, they were very friendly and welcoming as always
