The Vision Hub at DeFuniak Springs

I had such a great experience at The Vision Hub and genuinely felt like I was taken care of from the moment I walked in. When I first arrived for my appointment, Cindy at the front desk immediately greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. She was kind, professional, and helped me get checked in quickly and smoothly. During my exam, I worked with Neena, the tech who handled the initial testing. She was absolutely amazing, super friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. She walked me through each part of the different eye exams, explained what she was doing and why, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The tests were done quickly but never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. My prescription glasses were ready exactly two weeks later, just as they had promised. When I came in to pick them up, Marissa helped me, and she was just as wonderful as everyone else. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the pickup process simple and pleasant. Overall, the entire facility was clean, organized, and professional. Every staff member I interacted with genuinely seemed like they wanted to be there and enjoyed helping patients. That kind of positive atmosphere makes such a difference. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend The Vision Hub to anyone looking for quality eye care with a friendly, welcoming team.

It's been a while since I've come to the Vision Hub (definitely needed an update on my prescription), but I have to say that everyone there was absolutely amazing. Cindy at the check-in desk was very sweet and helpful with questions I had while checking in and filling things out. Talia and Sarah were amazing, everything went smoothly as far as tests and checks went Marissa was funny, very personable and helpful with picking out a new pair of glasses for me I really do have to recommend this place if you're looking to get your eyes checked or if you've not been in a while and need some help. An amazing staff that makes you feel welcome and at ease

Tiffany at the front desk was so patient and kind. My tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Lisa helped me pick out my beautiful glasses and was very knowledgeable about my insurance. Dr. Stevenson was also very knowledgeable and polite. This establishment is a true team of health and wellness specialist never forgetting that how you care and treat people is the real reason for what they do everyday while helping them with their eye health. Thank you for making my visit so memorable and absolutely wonderful. I will be back!! God bless you

I actually had a good time at my eye appointment. Tiffany the receptionist was friendly and greeted me and answered all my questions. Sarah the tech was calm and patient with me as she did my follow up. Dr Laird answered all my questions about my eye heakth. Marissa and Lisa were In optical, I needed glasses and they listened to my style and taste and I found the cutest glasses. They did a great job at getting me a bunch as I tried on took selfies and put my glasses on to view the pictures lol they answered all my questions and told me which ones they preferred and which ones weren't the best fit. I appreciate their honesty and help.

I love The Vision Hub!!! Everyone is so helpful and nice. My last visit Stefani helped with any questions I had and explained in depth about all my questions about contacts that I didn't know. Now for Marissa....... I LOVE HER!!! She knows me so well, since I've been going to this office for years. She helped me pick my latest pair of new classes and I'm excited to get them. She helped by knowing the styles and colors I like, and assisting with the enhancements I wanted. The team at the DFS office is stellar, 1000/10 would recommend.

Save yourself a headache and do not go here. This place scammed me out of $134. My eye insurance I pay for monthly covered my entire visit. They made me pay $134 anyway at time of service. When I called back and told them I over paid they passed the phone to billing. Billing said I had a $134 credit. Asked to be issued a refund. It never came. Called back, phone passed to 3 different people, said they would issue a refund, it never came. Go there in person, no one has a clue from billing said they issued me a $60 refund a while back (only half of what they owe me). But I never even received the $60 refund. Save yourself. No one here has billing experience or has a clue what's going on. No one in charge holding them accountable either. They are in there just charging and chilling. Not going to make anything right by a customer once they have you scammed.

I recently visited vision hub in defuniack Springs, and they were very professional. And I especially thank Marrisa,Sarah,Stef and Tyler. That are so awesome and very polite and respectful. They helped me as soon as I walked in the door. And all of them done a great job helping me get the perfect prescription and frames for my new glasses.... They all are truly a blessing to everyone.... And thank them and everyone else that works at vision hub in defuniack Springs...

Very thorough and explained everything. Our tech Stephanie was great about ordering the trial lenses I needed. The optical tech Marissa needs a raise as she went above and beyond! Will continue going here!
