Dr. McLoughlin was professional yet personable, and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I truly felt heard and well cared for. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional services or eyeglasses, which I really appreciated. Let me begin by saying that my experience was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, the doctors are very patient and knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I've been to other ophthalmologist offices and no one ever got to the root of my issue. I have to say that Dr. Krajnyk was very thorough during my appointment. Put my mind at ease with the next steps. I have referred many of my clients to this facility and will continue doing so. I received excellent care and was also seen in a timely manner. I want to thank everyone there that assisted me today!!

Good appointment. Loll, they didn't verify my insurance. They told me that they accepted it. Nope. And I can't get the billing department to return my calls in regards to the matter. 4 phone calls. No response. Now they keep sending me a bill for 189.00. I guess I won't answer them now
