The Vision Hub

Vision Hub is a delight! I was pleasantly surprised on my initial visit to them. We, my husband and I went about 15 minutes before their lunchtime only intending to spend 15 minutes browsing but Allison, the manager gladly stayed during her lunch to answer all our questions and help us with eyeglass selections. We found several pairs that we liked from their inventory. They even had frames available for petite people like me like their Liz Claiborne line. They offered other well known designers in women's, men's and children's. Both my husband and I really liked the products as well as the excellent service we received so we ended up buying glasses from Vision Hub. Amanda is also worth mentioning. She is very kind and forth coming as well as professional, skilled and knowledgeable. I want to thank Vision Hub for their excellent and friendly service. I also want to add that Vision Hub accepts insurance. I would recommend them to anyone.

Allison was truly amazing! From choosing my new frames to helping me decide whether progressives or bifocals were best for me. She was so kind, and so knowledgeable. I really trusted her opinions and expertise. She made me feel comfortable and didn't let me settle until I was 100% confident that we made the right choices. I was so thankful for her! She is truly the best of the best!!

Shealyn at the front office desk, welcomed me in and helped me fill out the paperwork for my procedure. Then Miranda the Tech brought me into the room, prepared my eyes and explained the procedure to me. Both ladies were kind gracious. I would highly recommend The Vision Hub for eye care. The staff is very good.

Happy customer: I was very disappointed in my previous optical shop, with regards to pricing even though I have excellent Vision insurance. My plan was to go visit three new optical shops and pick the best one. My first stop was the Vision Hub in Freeport. Allison took excellent care of my wife and I. The estimated cost of a new pair of glasses was 1/3 the cost I have been paying at my old optical shop. So that is ~ 66% savings. My decision was made after only this one stop. Thank you Allison and the Vision Hub. Can't wait for my new glasses to come in.

I just moved to the area and needed a new eye doctor. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone was very nice and professional. The care I received was excellent! Shealyn, Miranda, and Dr. Laird are absolutely wonderful!

This vision center is top notch. The entire team is incredibly friendly and accommodating, even to new patients.They stayed past business hours to take care of me and didn't rush anything the entire way through. Was my first-time here, and every single person I interacted with was exceptionally kind and informative during my eye exam. Highly recommend, especially if you're in the Freeport area.

I had a great experience at Vision Hub getting new glasses and adjustments. The manager, Allison Wheeler, did an excellent job--she was professional, attentive, and made sure everything fit perfectly. She took the time to explain the adjustments and ensured I was completely satisfied before I left. The service was efficient, friendly, and high quality. I highly recommend Vision Hub, especially with Allison's outstanding customer care.

So, it's that time of year and found a place nearby ( first timer.) Didn't know how lucky I was until after leaving feeling very valued. Met Shaylin at reception, very nice, shared something in common. Scooped up by Miranda immediately with no wait, WOW Dynamite, and we were in motion ( started that feeling.) Met with Dr Garcia, FANTASTIC and felt the fung shway on top of the knowledge she dropped on me. Finished up with Allison, all pro, no doubt! She was right, cotton candy is the best DumDum. By looking at me people don't know I've got moves like Jaggar, and do things people dream of for a living, professionally. Here's how I've gotten my knowledge. It all starts with a smile, and good workers know they're partners next move. That started when I was buying candies by the penny ( long time ago go )They all have that and then some. I'd put all their names on one piece of paper, drop it in the box, and do something good for all of them they deserve it. That's what I'm talking about!!! I don't know who owns this place but I start at 7am and can't leave until 5 pm, sometimes even later. Catch my drift. Not a question. Very Respectfully Jay Waters
