Clear Vue Laser Eye Center

I saw Dr Barbour this morning and she was so rude!!! First time patient that i went for annual check up since I have a lazy eye and visit last less than 1 minute... so I was asking questions about anything to do for my eyes and have dry eyes...and her answer was yes and no....not professional at all!!! Best part when front desk asked her when I need to comeback she told him no need.....

First time visit here and it was very unpleasant to say the least. The technician who did the exam was great he clearly understood the assignment. However I cannot say the same for Dr. Barbour once I was in the office with her which was not even 5 minutes, she took a look at my eyes and said that we need to take care of removing the film ( pterygium) on my eyes and she asked if I had any questions and before I could ask her what about the procedure for removing the film or even how it's done she quickly ushered me to the technician for getting glasses to which I had already told her that I was not purchasing any glasses today. She made no mention about scheduling me to come back in to have the procedure done. So I left feeling that she Dr. Barbour didn't won't to be bother. This was by far the biggest disappointment and a huge waste of my time.

Please Do Not Go Here. I recently just had a horrible experience at this facility. I needed surgery to be done and had my appointment set for 3weeks, The Dr dilated my eyes and left me in the chair waiting to for a good while. I told the nurse what is going on I'm supposed to have laser surgery for my eye , She said well the Dr left for lunch and was not told that I needed surgery and I can't haven't done today I will have to reschedule again, Mind that This is what the Dr schedule me for today. Who leaves a senior patient to have lunch and doesn't even know the reason I am here for. This made me feel unsafe and neglected. Now my insurance will be charged for this unnecessary visit and to dilate my eyes for what reason! This is the most untrustworthy place for seniors. The Dr is incompetent of her job, she will do unnecessary work on your eye when it's not needed. The office will never have referrals ready even if it's a month ahead to send. Now I am currently talking to my insurance for fraud against this Eye Facility. Please save your time and money and go to another Dr that will treat there patrons with upmost respect and that is trustworthy of there patients care and needs.

My name is Christoph Dennis and I've have done ( Pterygium )surgeries on both eyes six months apart but I waited this long to make a review because I was waiting to determin the result's which I've seen great results from the time of that surgery till now, my surgery was done a (1)year and a half ago by Dr. Barbour. She is a great doctor and very professional along with her team of staff, they deserves ten diamond ratings. Thank you so much

I experienced my first IPL facial and ended up adding some fillers as well. I was part of a group who had appointments that day and we were provided with a lovely table of beverages and refreshments. The doctor was great and had the most amazing shoes. Wonderful experience!

Had a "normal" eye exam. The technician performed an exam and checked my glasses for my current prescription. I the followed him to another room where he said the doctor would see me and verify my exam. He came right back and said she saw the evaluation on her computer and everything looked fine. Next stop was the gentleman to sell me my new glasses. I asked what my prescription was. All to my surprise my vision better. But he wanted to put me in bifocals. I then asked what my previous prescription was. He told me and it wasn't correct.I even told him it wasn't correct. I knew because I had my paperwork from last year. Needless to say I don't trust this place.

I have been using this facility for many years. All of the staff from the front desk, assistants, and Doctor Babour, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A very professional team. Also if you need eye glasses visit John, his selection of frames are great, and he treats you as he would family.

Today I had a very bad experience at this office. I have never felt so humiliated before today. During my first visit at Dr. Barbour's office, another colleague is the one who attended me for my consultation; who was great by the way. On my second visit, Dr Barbour was going to do a procedure on me in which I was not prepared for because no one informed me about it and she had never examined me before. She only went by the notes that the other colleague had jotted down on my first visit. When I walked in the room, I saw all the instruments set up and that is when I realized that she was going to go ahead and do the procedure right then and there. I figured this would take some time and I asked her if she would just give me a minute before she begins so that I may contact somebody to pick up my child from school because I realized I wouldn't make it on time since she was going to do this procedure on me... She then got very upset and bothered and yelled at me saying "ONE MINUTE NO! THIS HAS TO BE DONE RIGHT NOW!!" Then she turned her back on me leaving me with her assistant who then chased after her realizing she had gotten upset. I want to b clear..she was going to do a procedure on one of my eyes which would of been covered afterwards, and I would of had to drive that way because I was unaware it was going to be done today. I write this to serve a lesson to Dr Barbour and let her know that there is no need to mistreat anybody in such a way. The people who work to serve others always need to have the best attitude towards any situation and remain professional at all times.
