I have the privilege to visit the eye center of Florida located at 1320 N 15th ST N Immokalee,Florida 34142. It was for the first time I went there and I was amazed how the service was. The staff were very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. When it comes for the doctor. I have no words to describe the service that I received from them. But my only regret is by next week. They will be no longer in our community. I hope they could have a chance to continue this great service that immokalee is needed and so well deserved.

I recently contacted Eye Centers to schedule an appointment for my mother. I explained her situation and was able to quickly get an appointment to be seen. From the first interaction with Rosie over the phone I was pleased with the customer service provided. Rosie, along with the nurses and doctors, were all so professional the entire visit. I was in the area visiting from WI when my lens fell out of my glasses. When I called the young lady in the optical department, she said no problem, come on in. She promptly put the lens back in better than before and was very pleasant to work with. She gave me a couple of extra screws at no charge. If the rest of the staff and operation are like her (I wish I got her name) I would recommend this business.
