Very professional, polite and personable staff and Doctor. The staff first did all the preliminary work for us and then Nick evaluated my vision for my contact lens prescriptions. Then we met with Dr. Bhakta and she was wonderful. Great demeanor and bedside manner. Performed full evaluation of our eyes for health and vision. She also treated my wife for her dry eyes and suggested different eye drops and the OPTASE(r) Moist Heat Mask which we purchased. We felt she truly cared about us as patients and was happy we chose her practice. We had been with another eye doctor for about 20 years prior to seeing Dr. Bhakta and was very happy with her and her office and staff. The office is clean, modern and warm. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an Optometric Physician.

Came here for glasses and the staff was very friendly and store clean and new. The doctors were very thorough with their eye exam. I was very impressed with the selection of glasses to choose from. My glasses were picked and completed in a very short period of time. When I returned to pick them up the staff were very helpful with making sure that my glasses were perfect. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! My husband suffers from Keratoconus and while the doctor exam was comprehensible, their staff REFUSES to file the claim for his MEDICALLY NECESSARY contacts b/c they believe our insurance will not cover the contacts. Our insurance wants the claim to review. I informed Planet Vision that my husbands contacts are covered as he got contacts under this plan from our previous doctor who retired. They have not filed the claim since his 12/15/25 appointment and there is NEVER a manager/billing person who can answer a question when we call. NO ONE GIVES US A STRAIGHT ANSWER and its been over a month we have been waiting. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Save yourself the aggrivation!
