Went in for an appt yesterday and the girl at the front desk was so sweet and attentive she had an answer for every question I had it was a joy to have her take care of me I will def be back for another visit

The workers are friendly and they will help you no matter what it is whatever question you have they are going to answer it

I will never return to this place ever again. I was there for my kid's annual appointment and although the eye doctor was great, the person who deals with you getting your glasses was very rude and unprofessional. I understand she was telling me they have a policy that they will not give you the glasses your insurance pays for unless you buy some special lens but I feel that this policy is in order for them to pocket money. My son's prescription glasses are very thick and there was no reason to purchase polycarbonate lenses nor did I even want polycarbonate. I was purchasing contact lenses from them therefore the glasses were just for emergency use. I was going to get whatever the insurance paid for but unfortunately I was told that if I did not Fork up the money for the extra lenses that I will not be able to get the glasses so I said no problem let me have my prescription I will go somewhere else. Now I will get my contact lenses and glasses somewhere else. This is not the way you treat people. This place will be out of business if they continue to treat customers this way. Do not force someone to buy extra stuff that we do not want!!! Now they lost the sale of the contact lenses, 2 pairs of glasses and also my business!!! To the girl who works their you need to find a new job!! Ps didn't you read what I said this is not has primary glasses he wears contact lenses 99.99 percent of the time as for me not finding a place I found a place the same day and already ordered him some glasses they will be in in a few weeks

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From setting up the appointment for my 91 year old mom w Elizabeth who returned my call immediately and then literally came out to our car to help us find the entrance; to the fabulous ophthalmologist, Dr Rosey, who treated my mom with kid gloves and explained exactly what was wrong with her eyes; to Sasha, who helped mom pick out perfect glasses for her and made her feel important. I can not thank the whole staff enough for being so respectful, kind and professional. I ABSOLUTELY recommend using this office for your vision needs.

The Female Doctor is very insensitive and unprofessional! She doesn't address any of her patients by name. I witnessed her talk to two of her patients, she points and say "You have a seat here... and you come with me!" Having to repeat herself several times because she's communicating with people with vision impairment. She lead my legally-blind mother into her examination room with the lights off... my mother clearly unable to see her way after leaving the bright lights of the lobby area, I turned on the lights to which this Doctor told me she needed the lights. I then informed her that her patient couldn't see... she processed to tell me to turn off the lights. The office staff, on the other hand, is warm and kind. But that Doctor needs a tummy tuck and an attitude adjustment! Whatever her name is!

Worst experience ever. First time around measurements were wrong in two pair of glasses. Waited 3 weeks for corrected ones. Once that was corrected both pairs were too tight around my ears and both pairs left my nose with red marks and very painful. I traveled there 5 times. I asked them for another pair and I was going to pay the difference. They refused. I was made to feel as if I was the problem. I might add that the first day I was there another client ended up walking out. I will never use them again. The insurance company was willing to work with them but I refused to go back there. Thank God the insurance company is allowing me to go somewhere else and is covering the cost.

This was a fabulous experience. Coming here to get my new glasses with the people that helped me were so kind and friendly with outstanding customer service. This is definitely my new eyeglass store. I will be here in the new years to come.

It was a great pleasure to meet Jabari the receptionist and the staff in general. The service was excellent and polite I felt very comfortable. I recommend this office to anyone who wants great service.
