I am new to the area and I had my Eye Exam at Art For Eyes Optical. I had a very through eye exam with Dr. Sheila Merritt. I got my prescription for my new glasses, which are working very well for me.
Dr. Sheila Merritt and her staff are wonderful. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and the atmosphere is nice, friendly and calming. This will definitely be the place I go to for my future eye care. As I appreciate the care they gave me.

I could not say enough about this amazing eye doctor. I had been wearing the wrong contact lenses (two contacts both for reading) for 2 years. It messed up my 20/20 distance vision and I was getting headaches daily, blurred vision and nausea. The doctor cared for me, listened to my issues and figured out what happened. She took her time testing my eyes and was the sweetest! Prices are comparable to other places and she is honest. Honestly I left feeling so well cared for. I already have been spreading the news. This is the best eye doctor in town!

I went in for a contact eye exam. Check in process was very easy, filled out a short patient history ( they do send a link for you to print and fill out to bring with you to your appointment). Eye exam went as expected. Dr. Merritt preformed a thorough exam and then went over the options for the types of contacts that would work best for me. My experience was very good and I would recommend Art for Eyes Optical to my family and friends.

Very disappointed. I've been going here for several years for my eyecare. I normally order my contact lenses through them and then order my glasses online at my most recent appointment. I decided to try the bifocal contact lenses when I called back two days later to go ahead and order them she said I needed to wait a little bit longer. Of course, life being what it is, it was longer than that so when I called to order them today now that I am completely out of contact lenses, I am being told that I have to wait for her to finalize something for me to order again it's very disappointing because now I'm completely out and probably gonna have to find a new eye doctor. What's the difference in waiting for her to finalize and just going somewhere else and getting the prescription right then so it can be taken care of very busy schedule and I don't have time to keep coming back to the office. Needless to say disappointed after several years of service there.
