Hedges Eye Care

We had a phenomenal experience, with an outstanding team who were focused on putting our nerves to rest. My wife and I have not been to an eye doctor for 20 years. The appointment started with Zaid, who took his time in taking our information and running tests, along with explaining every step. Next, we met Dr. Steven Hedges. He spent time explaining each additional exam for our eyes and was very patient as we explained our jobs and why we feel like we need glasses. His knowledge blew some of our theories out of the water, and was very knowledgeable about what type of glasses my wife and I needed. Last, we worked with Jose as he had some glasses set aside for us to try on trying to find the perfect set of glasses. He Explained exactly how much everything was going to cost and the time frame it will take to make our glasses. The whole appointment really made me feel heard along with giving me hope that with the specific glasses called Workspace, that I will be more efficient at work and have less migraines. Here's to hoping this will solve my problems. Thank you Dr. Hedges.

We love seeing Dr. Hedges! Everyone is friendly, great with our son and has made a point to know us so it feels good to come in. Last year I had an eye emergency while traveling overseas and Jose made sure I had everything I needed for the doctor and a new pair of glasses which saved my trip. I will always recommend Dr. Hedges and his amazing team to anyone.

Neat, clean, and professional office! Did not wait long for initial screening or for the Dr. Very thorough exam, did not feel rushed at all. Had an ultrasound done on both eyes and jt only took a minute- love how detail oriented they are and how they patiently helped me pick our new glasses- that come with magnetic sunglasses that just click on! Love that, and love Hedges Eye Care!

My eyes had not been checked for several years, and it was a great choice to set up an appointment with Hedges Eye Care! It is a very well-run office (shout out to the office manager). The Dr. & staff were extremely helpful to answer my questions and provide guidance as I selected a new pair of glasses.

Dr Hedge, is an excellent doctor. I don't live in Gainesville, Dr Hedge is worth going the extra distance for the best eye care. His staff is also caring and concern .
