I drive half way across town to see Dr Cheryl Barton. She hit a home run on my contacts, a challenge when you get a little older and you have the bifocal requirements and this was several years ago. I liked this place at one time. I scheduled an appt online and when I got there they said it wasnt in the computer. I even showed them a screenshot of the appt confirmation and they did nothing. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I drove 11/2 hours for nothing. Very disappointed by the lack of accountability, and concern. Wasted time and gas.
