The doctor and other staff were very kind, informative, and thorough. The facility in Quincy could use some updates, but the people were what made the experience great. I look forward to continuing my eye care with them!

Loved the people in the Quincy office. But dealing with a bill of $40. That they refuse to code correctly so my insurance with gladly pay. I'm not paying it when & if it was done properly we wouldn't have an issue. $40. Is $40. That the insurance will pay, I'm not!

The Quincy office is extremely efficient and professional. Gadsden and surrounding areas are blessed to have a skilled practitioner and surgeon such as Dr. Ko. But the entire staff, from Nevin at the front desk to all the medical assistants, are terrific. I was especially pleased with the optician Jeff Hatcher who carefully managed my new prescription and new glasses. The Tallahassee office and Seven Hills where my cataract surgery (both eyes) took place, were very competent and professional. I highly recommend.

The office was so clean and the staff was so friendly. They worked so well with us. I'm my mother's caregiver and they now text me the appointment confirmations and the exam room is so comfortable with nice chairs for a caregiver to sit in while the patient gets their exam. The doctor continued to talk to my mom with respect and not just tell me stuff. I appreciated that very much. Older people still need the respect they have always deserved. I have been a patient of eye associates for at least the last seven years. I usually go to the Tallahassee office, but this time I had my appointment set up for the Quincy office. I'm glad I did. It was a much more enjoyable and productive appointment.. The technician was very thorough and attentive and Dr. Brian Wood was extremely helpful with my dry eye problems. This is something I have been dealing with for at least the last three years. Each time I went to the appointment at the Tallahassee office and complained of this condition I was told it was common and could be handled with over-the-counter drops. Not true in my case. Thanks to Dr. Wood I am no longer suffering and uncomfortable with this condition. The treatment he recommended for me has been extremely effective, and I am delighted with the results.

I had an eye exam and I took my brother for an exam. Quincy location. We both were pleased with the staff and the service. I'm making another appointment today for myself.

My husband and I had a terrific experience with Mel and Dr. Harman at the Quincy office. Mel is very caring and did a thorough evaluation for us. She has a wonderful demeanor with patients. Dr. Harman is always compassionate, takes time to answer questions and makes his patients feel welcome and well informed regarding their eye care. He will be missed!
